Quotation

Quotation: from site measurement to the final bill

Every order starts with a measurement and ends with a bill. In SysGadh the Quotation module carries the order through four steps, Order, Production, Dispatch and Billing, so nothing is typed twice and anyone in your team can see where the order stands.

  1. Order

    Measurement, quotation, rate analysis

  2. Production

    Cutting plan and workshop lists

  3. Dispatch

    Delivery challan and gate pass

  4. Billing

    Proforma invoice and sales bills

Measurement to quotation

Enter window sizes in inches or millimetres, or import them from Excel. Pick the window design, glass and finishing for each line and the rate is worked out for you. A site measurement can be recorded first and turned into the quotation later.

Rate analysis before you send

Check material cost and margin line by line in Rate Analysis, then send the quotation PDF with your own terms and conditions.

Confirm, revise or cancel

Confirm the order when the customer agrees, make a re-quotation when they ask for changes, or cancel it with a reason, so you can see later why orders were lost.

Production and cutting

Plan cutting for confirmed orders and print what the workshop needs: cutting list, glass list, finishing list, trade list, labour charges, wall chart and stickers. The cutting optimizer lays out profile lengths to cut down wastage.

Dispatch in one or more lots

Send material with delivery challans and gate passes, as many as the order needs. Tools and other company assets sent to site can go on a gate pass and be marked as received back.

Quality checklists

Record site and dispatch checks against your own checklist and share the result with the customer through a link.

Billing

Make a proforma invoice, then sales bills against the order, one bill or several part bills, with the full history of bills kept with the order.
