Plans the cutting of your aluminium sections from the stock lengths you have, with the least waste. It runs on your Windows PC and saves the plan to SysGadh.

Less waste from every bar
Least stock used
Works out which pieces go on which bar so you use the least stock length, and shows when the plan is the best possible.
Angled cuts
45° and any other angle at each end. Pieces whose angled ends match share one cut, and the blade width is counted.
From your quotation
Click Optimize on a confirmed quotation in SysGadh and the app opens with its pieces. You can also enter pieces yourself or import them from Excel.
Saved and printed
The cutting plan is saved to SysGadh, where your team can see it, and can be printed bar by bar for the cutting machine.
How to install
Download the setup
On your Windows PC, click Download for Windows.
Run the setup
Open the downloaded file. If Windows shows Windows protected your PC, click More info and then Run anyway. No admin password is needed.
Log in
Open SysGadh Optimizer from the desktop and log in with the email and password you use for SysGadh. Your admin gives you access to it.
